As a Technical Buyer for Projects, you will play a central role in securing the right goods and services for complex, international projects. In this position, you won’t just process orders—you will shape sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost efficiency while ensuring the highest quality standards.
 
You will take ownership of the full procurement cycle for project-related equipment and services—from requests and supplier selection to contracts, order tracking, and documentation. You will manage supplier performance, conduct market research, and support internal teams in finding innovative and cost-effective solutions. Logistics and export handling for project deliveries also fall under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with contracts, customs, and regulatory requirements.
 
You bring a technical background in mechanical engineering, apparatus design, or a similar field, complemented by training in technical purchasing. You have hands-on experience in international procurement, solid knowledge of mechanical systems, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. Fluent German and English are required.
 
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in managing complex projects independently.
