We’re looking for a high-performing Account Manager who’s passionate about building long-term partnerships and delivering client-centric solutions. If you have a knack for strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and growing key accounts — this is your role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow strategic client accounts in the public sector and enterprise space
- Work with internal teams to deliver solutions that solve complex client challenges
- Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Monitor industry trends and align strategies for long-term client success
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT services sales/account management
- Strong connections or prior exposure to public sector clients is preferred
- Background in strategic account planning, financial forecasting, and solution selling
- Ideally within IT services, Systems Integrator and solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills
- Experience growing accounts and exceeding client expectations
- A Bachelor’s degree is required; certifications like CAE or CSAM are a plus
