- Develop out-of-band management tools in a multi-vendor setup, including state tracking and telemetry
- Write, review, and test code directly on hardware and through automated testing
- Investigate and resolve provisioning, firmware, and network boot issues end to end
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in systems or infrastructure engineering
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP and Linux-based systems
- Experience troubleshooting server network boot processes from both network and server perspectives
- Solid scripting and automation skills (Python, Go, Rust, Bash, or Ruby)
- Experience managing large server fleets using tools like Redfish or IPMI
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud deployment technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
