As a ServiceNow Consultant (ITOM), you’ll design, develop, and configure ServiceNow modules — from Discovery and Service Mapping to Event Management — ensuring seamless integration and optimized service delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support implementations, and help clients align their IT processes with best practices.
What You’ll Do

Configure and customize ServiceNow (ITOM, ITSM, CSM) to meet client needs.

Develop workflows, forms, scripts, and reports to automate IT operations.

Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise systems for accurate data flow.

Support requirement gathering, UAT, and report generation.
What You’ll Bring

5+ years of ServiceNow experience, ideally with ITOM specialization.

Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and ITSM concepts.

Experience with scripting (JavaScript), workflow design, and user management.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
