As a ServiceNow Consultant (ITOM), you’ll design, develop, and configure ServiceNow modules — from Discovery and Service Mapping to Event Management — ensuring seamless integration and optimized service delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support implementations, and help clients align their IT processes with best practices.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow (ITOM, ITSM, CSM) to meet client needs.

  • Develop workflows, forms, scripts, and reports to automate IT operations.

  • Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise systems for accurate data flow.

  • Support requirement gathering, UAT, and report generation.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, ideally with ITOM specialization.

  • Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and ITSM concepts.

  • Experience with scripting (JavaScript), workflow design, and user management.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science; ServiceNow certifications a plus.
