We are looking for a highly experienced:

  1. Finance Data Migration Lead
  2. Procurement Data Migration Lead

to support a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. This role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end migration of financial master and transactional data — ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and readiness across all stages of the project lifecycle.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for finance data migration, collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, mapping rules, transformation logic, and reconciliation processes.
  • Work closely with SAP consultants, business users, and data owners to align on data requirements and validation criteria.
  • Oversee and coordinate technical teams on ETL design, ensuring it meets finance-specific needs and standards.
  • Manage all stages of the data migration cycle — including mock migrations, dress rehearsals, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
  • Organize workshops and provide guidance to finance teams to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Identify and resolve data quality and reconciliation issues, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.

 

What Success Looks Like:

  • Accurate, complete, and timely migration of finance data objects.
  • Seamless execution of mock cycles and final cutover.
  • Strong engagement and alignment with finance stakeholders from planning through post-implementation.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading finance data migration for SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP implementations.
  • SAP Experience on FI, PS or MM
  • Strong knowledge of finance master and transactional data (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.).
  • Excellent project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with ETL tools, reconciliation techniques, and SAP data structures.

We are looking for a couple of Business Analysts to join our Global Client and contribute to the successful implementation of banking systems. This role requires a strong understanding of banking operations, customer management, and system implementation.   • Core Banking experience is a MUST
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
  • Proven track record of successful project implementation, ideally in large-scale projects.
  • Willingness to travel within the APAC region to collaborate with Middle- and Back-Office teams.
