We're looking for a Process Documentation Specialist for our client's Employee Services team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and collaboration - building a single source of truth for ES processes and enabling seamless service delivery across regions.
This is a contract role based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Employee Services Generalists in building a scalable, efficient knowledge base
- Capture, organize, maintain detailed process documentation across the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, leave management, mobility, and offboarding
- Collaborate with the Employee Services Generalist and the Global Talent Operations Centers (GTOC) to translate complex processes into clear, user-friendly SOPs, playbooks, and knowledge assets that empower delivery teams

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in process documentation, knowledge management, HR operations, or HR services
- Strong technical writing and editing skills with a knack for simplifying complex information.
- Experience managing knowledge bases and creating structured documentation frameworks.
- Proficiency with workflow visualization tools (Miro, Lucidchart, Visio) and documentation platforms (Zendesk Knowledge Base).
- Understanding of HR processes (onboarding, benefits, payroll inputs, mobility, leaves, etc.) preferred.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a passion for building structure.
- Collaborative and comfortable working with diverse, global teams.
