They’re looking for a Strategic Client Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships, shaping smart advertising strategies, and turning data into action.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leads to design end-to-end advertising and marketing strategies for eCommerce clients
- Use data, insights, and market trends to spot growth opportunities and guide campaign decisions
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and agencies, explaining product solutions and driving adoption
- Plan and oversee media and creative execution to meet client business goals
- Track performance, manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and share clear results
- Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring smooth account operations and issue resolution
- Work closely with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver against revenue targets
- Build relationships with both senior leaders and day-to-day client stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience working with marketing, media, consulting, or advertising-focused organizations
- Strong consultative approach with solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Comfortable managing several projects at once, with strong attention to detail
- Confident presenter who can build trust with clients and agencies
- Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience with data analysis and performance metrics
- Good understanding of advertising KPIs and measurement
Nice to haves
- Degree in marketing, business, or a technical field
- Background in digital advertising, eCommerce, ad-tech, or data-driven marketing
- Experience with tools like Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics platforms
- Thrives in fast-moving, changing environments
