- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled tools, systems, and workflows—from requirements gathering through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Define and manage program plans, including roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and actionable product requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and scalability
- Design, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions, including automation workflows, integrations, and internal tools
- Evaluate, integrate, and optimize AI/ML capabilities (e.g., large language models, automation frameworks) within operational processes
- Contribute hands-on to technical development, including building, testing, and improving features and resolving issues
- Monitor system performance and iterate based on user feedback and data insights
- Partner with non-technical teams to understand workflows, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for process improvement through AI
- Drive adoption of new tools and practices through effective change management and user enablement strategies
- Establish feedback loops with end users and ensure continuous enhancement of solutions
- Track and report on usage, impact, and performance metrics
- Adapt global or centralized solutions to meet local or business-specific needs
- Act as a key point of contact for AI-related initiatives within the organization
- Identify and execute opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements across teams
- Proven experience in technical program management or a similar role, with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python) and comfort working in a production code environment
- Hands-on experience contributing to software development workflows, including writing, reviewing, and deploying code
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools and concepts, such as large language models, prompt design, or workflow automation
- Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements and executable plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of new tools, processes, or systems across teams
- Experience working in cross-functional and/or distributed environments
Preferred:
- Exposure to working with non-technical business functions (e.g., operations, legal, communications)
- Experience with advanced AI architectures or frameworks (e.g., agent-based systems, retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration tools)
- Background in organizational change, transformation initiatives, or process improvement programs
- Experience working in multinational or regional environments
