About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Procurement & Vendor Management Analyst to support our international marketing operations.
THIS IS AN INITIAL 1 YEAR CONTRACT ROLE SUBJECT TO CONVERSION TO FULL TIME OR EXTENSION BASED ON BUSINESS NEEDS AND PERFORMANCE.
This role sits within a global vendor management function that drives both strategic and operational excellence in how marketing teams engage external partners, agencies, and suppliers.
The successful candidate will act as the key bridge between marketing stakeholders and vendor partners ensuring contracts, purchase orders, and sourcing activities are executed seamlessly while driving cost efficiency and compliance. You will combine strong procurement know-how with stakeholder management finesse, helping marketing teams operate at speed without compromising process or policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for marketing teams on vendor, sourcing, and procurement processes across the region.
- Review and triage sourcing requests to ensure they follow the optimal route for efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.
- Partner with procurement, legal, finance, and sourcing teams to manage contract creation, renewals, and negotiations.
- Support vendor onboarding, performance tracking, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and scope or contract updates.
- Manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders to ensure marketing budgets and forecasts are executed accurately and on time.
- Identify opportunities to consolidate suppliers, streamline processes, and improve lead times for marketing programs.
- Maintain accurate data and documentation across internal systems, reports, and spend trackers.
- Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on vendor governance, sourcing efficiency, and operational best practices.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders across regions and functions.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management within marketing, media, or creative industries.
- Proven ability to handle marketing procurement processes including contracts for agencies, purchase orders, and supplier negotiations.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and legal.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset comfortable challenging inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office; familiarity with procurement or source-to-pay tools is an advantage.
Performance Indicators
- Reduction in cycle time for contracts and POs.
- Accuracy of budget execution versus forecast.
- Ownership of vendor management processes ensuring all marketing vendor engagements flow through the proper governance channel.
