As part of our Performance Marketing team, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth and ROI for the Singapore market, combining strategy with hands-on execution. This is a lead-level, individual contributor role where you’ll manage significant budgets, shape campaign direction, and influence business outcomes through data-driven insights.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end ad campaign creation, management, reporting, and optimization across channels (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, retargeting platforms).
- Lead quarterly and monthly performance marketing strategy for the Singapore market, ensuring alignment with overall growth plans.
- Manage substantial budgets and make allocation decisions to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities and propose strategic initiatives that drive measurable results.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and collaborate with external partners to maintain a first-mover advantage in performance marketing.
- Generate creative ad ideas informed by data, consumer insights, and market trends.
- Prepare performance reports and insights for key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Partner with internal teams like Campaigns, Creative, Brand, Content, Partnerships, Category, and Planning to deliver integrated growth initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within high-growth eCommerce or marketplace environments.
- Strong mix of strategic thinking and in-platform execution ability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related discipline.
- Proven ability to analyze data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable strategies. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- A data-driven mindset, coupled with creativity and curiosity.
