Role Overview
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of an internal creative studio, ensuring smooth delivery of client projects through effective scheduling, resource coordination, process optimization, and stakeholder management.
THIS IS A 1 YEAR CONTRACT ROLE SUBJECT TO CONVERSION TO FULL TIME OR EXTENSION BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEDS.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily studio operations to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and productive creative environment.
- Manage studio slot bookings and schedules, balancing client demand with in-house and flexible resources to optimize utilization.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring a smooth end-to-end studio experience.
- Coordinate resources across in-house teams, freelance partners, and vendors to ensure projects are staffed appropriately and delivered on time.
- Own task management, handovers, and communication across stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and budget considerations.
- Develop, document, and continuously improve studio workflows, guidelines, and operational processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Support the onboarding of new tools, vendors, and production capabilities, with a focus on agility and operational effectiveness.
- Track and report on studio utilization, scheduling efficiency, and operational performance, sharing insights with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across multiple markets to support regional execution and adaptation of creative programs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in studio operations, creative production management, or similar operational roles.
- Strong experience managing schedules, logistics, and resource allocation in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Solid project and process management skills, with experience improving workflows and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Comfortable working across multiple markets or regions and managing competing priorities.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working within creative studios, digital agencies, production houses, or advertising environments.
- Familiarity with studio booking systems, production management tools, and reporting frameworks.
- Experience managing both in-house teams and freelance or contract resources.
- Exposure to digital marketing, advertising production, or social media content workflows.
- Interest in process innovation, scaling operations, and leveraging new tools or technologies to improve efficiency.
